Quilled CN Tower

This was a quick project I completed in 2 days.
CN Tower, Toronto Canada
Pride of Toronto. My lit up #CNTower. The CN Tower has an illumination schedule. This week incidentally is green. April 22- EARTH DAY APRIL23- no lighting to mark the tragic incident April 24-National organ and tissue Donation Awareness Week April 25-World human values Day

I decided on the green lighting to co incide with the Earth day.

I am entering this project for the following challenges.

Retro, psychedelic pattern quilling

Hi, 

Greetings to all of you. I had been quite busy completing my pending orders.  Although i had completed this work about a month back, didn't find time to update it here. 

This has been a very exciting project for me. I did this project for a group in Facebook called Contemporary quilling.  The challenge for March was textiles It was indeed challenging, since it was my first time doing a pattern quilling.  

I really had a hard time selecting the pattern. Once I was satisfied with my selection, the next big task at hand was deciding on the shapes I can incorporate into the design.

 

 After one week of quilling i finally was able to complete this gorgeous piece.Indeed happy with the result.
